Name Change For Hudson Energy Firm

The Hudson-based Alternative Energy Store has changed its name to AltE.
The company said the name change came about when "we became aware of a lot of business challenges related to our company name and branding." In addition to the overall name change, the company has launched new web sites for the AltE store and AltE University.
The company markets renewable energy products like solar panels, wind turbines and energy efficient lighting aimed at the do-it-yourselfer.
