Netezza Moving To NYSE
Marlborough data management company Netezza Corp. has filed an application to list its stock on the New York Stock Exchange.
Netezza said it expects to receive approval from NYSE and begin trading its shares there on April 9. The company will use continue to use the symbol "NZ," which it currently trades under on the NYSE Arca, a subsidiary of the main exchange.
The company said it expects the switch to increase its visibility among potential investors.
