New Prez Installed At Cutler Associates

Ernest "Ed" O'Brien was appointed president of Worcester-based Cutler Associates, a design and construction firm.
O'Brien takes over for Frederic Mulligan, who had served as president for 25 years. Mulligan was named chairman and will continue to play an active role in the company, focusing on business acquisition, quality assurance and customer satisfaction. He will also continue to work in the community through his board positions with the Massachusetts Port Authority and the Mass Alliance for Economic Development.
O'Brien joined Cutler in 2007 as executive vice president of operations. He is a graduate of Northeastern University.
