A four-story office building in Marlborough that went to auction has fall has been bought for $3.3 million.

The buyer is Brady Sullivan Properties of Manchester, N.H., a firm owning Junction Shop Lofts in Worcester and Lofts at Lancaster Mills in Clinton. The firm also bought and once sought to renovate the former Worcester County Courthouse in Lincoln Square, which is now being renovated into housing by another firm, Trinity Financial of Boston.

The 80,000-square-foot office building at 130 Lizotte Drive was put up for auction last fall and was most recently owned by the bank Rockland Trust. The site was bought for nearly $11.8 million in 2014 by Curo Enterprises, a New York real estate investment and management firm.

Brady Sullivan's sale closed Dec. 31. The property was last assessed by the City of Marlborough at just under $8.5 million.
