Nonprofit Revival
Nonprofit executives saw some recovery in 2010, according to a new survey by the Bridgespan Group.
Of the 102 organizations responding to the poll, about half saw an increase in revenue in 2010, with large organizations doing better than smaller ones. About a third of the groups had their funding cut in 2010, compared to 80 percent in 2009.
Sixty percent of the organizations also say they are looking for new hires, compared with 31 percent last year.
