Open Solutions completes acquisition
Glastonbury-based bank software company Open Solutions has completed its previously announced acquisition of Fincentric Corp., a software provider to the financial services industry. Fincentric will become part of Open Solutions Canada, and will continue to operate from its location just outside of Vancouver in Richmond, British Columbia.
