Performance reviews getting more frequent

More and more companies are conducting employee performance reviews more frequently than once per year, according to the results of an Office Team survey.

Office Team, an administrative staffing agency, said 39 percent of the 150 executives surveyed said they scheduled quarterly or twice-per-year employee reviews. In 2002, 29 percent of executives said their company's employees were reviewed more than once per year.
