Framingham construction giant Perini Corp. has shuffled the responsibilities of a number of its executives.
Robert Band, president of the company, will keep that title and add another: CEO of the management services group. He's been president of that division since 1996 and has been with Perini since 1973.
Kenneth Burk will remain CFO and add executive vice president to his business cards. He will be responsible for human resources, information systems and investor relations. Burke has been with Perini since 2007, after serving as CEO of Union Switch & Signal.
James "Jack" Frost, who was executive vice president and COO of Tutor-Saliba before it merged with Perini last year, will be executive VP and CEO of Perini's civil group.
Mark Caspers, previously COO of Perini Building Co., is now Executive Vice President and CEO of Perini's building group. All of the corporation's building companies, including Perini Building Co., Rudolph & Sletten Inc., Keating Building Corp. and James A. Cummings Inc. will now report to him.
William Sparks, the former senior vice president and CFO of Tutor-Saliba, is now executive VP, treasurer and corporate secretary of Perini Corp. He is also responsible for risk management at the company.
Steve Meilicke, who joined Perini in January 2009, is now vice president and corporate controller. Previously, he was finance manager for a division of General Electric's real estate group in California.
