Registration open for WBJ’s Thursday panel on diversity
WBJ will host a web forum centered around building a better business through diversity and inclusion on Thursday, featuring speakers from sectors including nonprofits, education and banking.
Running from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., discussion topics will cover how businesses have changed their approach to diversity, equity and inclusion since George Floyd’s death, how to manage the amorphous challenge of promoting diversity, steps companies can take, and how to have tough conversations.

- Maritza Cruz, director of racial & gender equity at YWCA Central Massachusetts
- Javier Cevallos, president of Framingham State University
- Donald Doyle, president & CEO of Webster Five
- Marcy Reed, president of National Grid
- Bonnie Walker, director of equity & inclusion at Worcester Academy
