A 54,000-square-foot office building on Forest Street in Marlborough, known as the Cedar Hill Business Park, has sold for just under $7.5 million.

CeQur Corp., which creates wearable insulin devices for diabetics, is based at 734 Forest St. The building serves as a branch for the solar energy firm Sunrun and the East Coast offices for Chroma Systems Solutions, which makes electrical and medical device testing instruments and systems.

The single-story building at 734 Forest St. is located amid a cluster of office and manufacturing buildings on the western edge of the city by the Northborough line, which also includes headquarters for Ken's Foods and Verax Biomedical.

The building was bought by ICBP IV Holdings 39 LLC, which is registered to the San Francisco address of Red Tower Capital. It was sold by 734 Forest Street Marlborough LLC, which is registered to the address of the real estate management firm RAM Partners' office in Scarborough, Maine. The sale closed Oct. 3.

The 8.6-acre site was last assessed by the city at nearly $4.6 million.
