Shrewsbury Street real estate agency expands to Leominster with acquisition

RE/MAX Diverse on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester

RE/MAX Diverse, based on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester, acquired RE/MAX Patriot Realty and will take over its 55 Mead St. office in Leominster.
Former Patriot owners Fiona and David King will continue operating The King Team under the RE/MAX Diverse name, according to a June 1 press release from RE/MAX Diverse.
Hejoma Garcia, broker-owner of RE/MAX Diverse is a Leominster native. She said she’s seen a lot of activity of people moving to the Leominster/Fitchburg area from the North Shore and Lawrence.
She feels that RE/MAX Diverse will be able to serve the diverse population in the area because the office is bilingual, with representatives able to speak Spanish.
Financial terms of the transaction were not revealed.
