Superstition fuels wedding boom
In the wedding industry, the first Saturday in July will become a day that will live in infamy, as record numbers of superstitious couples scramble to have their wedding date with three lucky sevens: 7-07-07. David's Bridal, a Pa.-based bridal retailer with more than 275 stores nationwide, estimates that nearly 65,000 couples will marry on that date, including celebrity couple Tony Parker of the San Antonio Spurs and Eva Longoria of "Desperate Houswives" fame.
