TJX announces new hire

Greg Flores has joined the TJX Cos. in Framingham as executive vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer, where he will focus on recruitment and retention of talent throughout the company.
Flores joins the firm after serving as senior vice president for Human Resources, Communications and Research at Reed Business Information, a business-to-business media company. Flores has also previously worked with companies such as Daymon Worldwide, Thriftway Food & Drug Inc., H.E. Butt Grocery Company, and PepsiCo.
Said Ben Cammarata, TJX chairman and acting CEO: "Greg is a seasoned business leader and human resources executive, and I am confident he will help us achieve our goals and support our growth plan for the future."
