Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP, a Rhode Island-based law firm with an office in Westborough, has hired two new lawyers, Brian P. Gallogly and Alexandra W. Pezzello.
Gallogly, who was hired as of counsel, focuses on corporate clients including issuers, underwriters, nonprofits and private equity firms. He handles public and structured finance transactions. Gallogly has a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School.
Alexandra W. Pezzello focuses on the issuance of tax-exempt financing and municipal law. She previously served as law clerk for a Rhode Island Supreme Court justice. She has a bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College and a law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law.
Both lawyers are licensed in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
