Worcester-based Fallon Community Health Plan has promoted Robert J. Trocki to senior director of actuarial pricing and Christine L. Cassidy to senior director of corporate communications.
Trocki's new position puts him in charge of pricing the health plan's products. Previously, he was the company's director of actuarial pricing.
Before starting at FCHP, Trocki was a product actuary at Sun Life Financial. He has a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
He lives in Shrewsbury with his wife, Cindy, and three children.
Cassidy also adds a "senior" to her title, moving up from director of corporate communications. In her new position, she handles all media and public relations, as well as internal communications.
Cassidy has been with FCHP since 2002. Before that, she was editor of The Lancaster Times and North County Family & Health. She also worked as a system project manager at the John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Co. in Boston, where she spent 15 years.
Cassidy lives in Lancaster with her two children.
