W. Brookfield property with assisted living facility sells for $1.7M

Brookhaven Assisted Living's site in West Brookfield
A West Brookfield site that's home to Brookhaven Assisted Living has sold for $1.7 million.
The property at 19 W. Main St. was sold to 19 West Main Street LLC from Nancy Besardi. The sale closed April 30.
The buyer is registered to a Irshad Sideeka of Brookline.
Brookhaven Assisted Living said it will not move as a result of the sale. Besardi is listed as the facility's administrator.
