Wayland Group In Geo-Data Search
The Wayland-based Open Geospatial Consortium Inc. is looking for ways to improve access to geospacial data that can help in global disaster response, environmental and health efforts.
The consortium, an international group made up of more than 420 private sector, government, university and research group partners, is asking its members and others to respond to a Call for Participation (CFP) by the international Group on Earth Observations. The CFP seeks methods to improve online access to earth observation data and improve software tools for using the data.
