Webster First Opens Worcester Operations Center

Webster First Federal Credit Union has opened an 85,000-square-foot operations center at 271 Greenwood St. in Worcester.
The center is next door to a Webster First branch and will house the credit union's marketing, customer service, commercial lending and collections departments.
The facility will also be home to credit union subsidiaries Webfirst Insurance LLC, Webfirst Mortgage LLC and Webfirst Title LLC.
The Webster-based credit union said centralizing those operations would allow the organization to be more efficient and productive. Its main office will remain at 1 North Main St. in Webster.
