West Boylston Manufacturing Property Sold, Leased

A 53,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at 70 Hartwell St. in West Boylston has been sold to D & S Realty Inc. for $2.6 million.
D & S Realty is a subsidiary of West Boylston's Corporate Environmental Advisors, according to Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates Inc., which represented the buyer and the seller.
Space in the building has been leased to Columbia Tech and DCI Engineering, both Worcester-based subsidiaries of Coghlin Companies Inc. of Worcester. DCI has already moved into the new space from its former home at 67 Millbrook St. in Worcester, the company said.
The property offers Class A office space and easy access to both I-190 and I-290 in Worcester.
