Workscape, a Marlboro software developer specializing in HR solutions, will partner with WebMD to create a software solution helping employers make more informed benefit, treatment, and provider decisions.
Under the new agreement, users of Workscape's products can connect securely to WebMD's decision-support tools. Workscape intends to provide its benefits administration customers with WebMD's online health and benefit management tools, allowing them to make decisions helping to reduce the cost of healthcare premiums and improve workplace productivity.
The software will also feature a "reward" function, in which employees will receive "real-time" rewards in conjunction with their benefits enrollment for participating in tasks such as completing a health risk assessment.
Said Tim Clifford, Workscape's president and CEO: "Through our alliance with WebMD, we'll be helping employers link wellness initiatives amd benefits open enrollment together, and leverage timely incentives that encourage employee participation."
