Girish leads the charge in both healthcare IT innovation and growth in Central Massachusetts. He’s scaled eClinicalWorks into a $1-billion company with its technologies used by more than 180,000 providers and a total of 850,000 medical professionals across the globe.
Celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2024, the company provides a suite of products and services that streamline and optimize electronic health recording for medical professionals. During eClinicalWorks’ 2024 National Conference, the company unveiled its healow Genie: an AI-powered contact center solution integrated into electronic health records to manage patient calls, operating 24/7 without ever placing a patient on hold. More than 75,000 users signed up within the first 12 months for eClinicalWorks’ product Sunoh.ai, which uses AI to record doctors visits in real time to produce notes and summaries within seconds.
Girish travels both nationally and internationally to speak at forums and conferences and with leaders on healthcare IT innovation and optimization. In February, he stopped by a National Association of Community Health Centers forum in Washington, D.C. to discuss democratizing AI in healthcare centers and in September, Girish met with India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New York to speak about the country’s future in digital health and healthcare innovation.
