Action-Packed Park In Acton

Over the last 90 days, Boston-based commercial real estate firm Richards Barry Joyce & Partners has represented KBS Realty Advisors in 11 new leases, expansions and renewals at Nagog Park in Acton.
The leases total 50,000 square feet and were signed with a mix of established and early-stage companies. RBJ said the tenant mix illustrates the appeal of both Nagog Park and Greater Boston’s northern submarkets.
Notable transactions include an 11,526-square-foot lease renewal for Tatara Systems, a new 7,200-square foot lease for Peermeta Inc., a 3,290-square-foot lease renewal for the Liberty Mutual Group and a 5,770-square-foot expansion for Tervela, a computer hardware company.
According to RBJ, the I-495 North submarket consists of 14.1 million square feet of office space and was 26.1 percent vacant at the end of the third quarter.
