Lighthouse Biz Solutions, LLC, a cannabis financial services subsidiary of GFA Federal Credit Union in Gardner, announced Wednesday it has partnered with Strategic Resolution Partners, headquartered in the Boston area, to provide what it calls turn-key cannabis application and licensing services to clients.
Those entrepreneurs looking to enter the cannabis market will work with Lighthouse Biz Solutions, including through Strategic Biz Solutions, for help navigating a variety of obstacles needing to be surmounted in order to open up shop, including banking, security plan drafting, corporate setup, host agreements, municipal presentations, applications, licensing guidance, and other compliance measures.
“It is important to us at LBS to create a one-stop solution by providing both the banking solutions and the business advisory services necessary to address the entire life cycle of our cannabis clients -- this partnership with SRP will allow us to do just that,” said Lighthouse President Tina Sbrega, in a statement.
The partnership will provide clients with a la carte options, as well as more comprehensive consulting services.
Those looking to take advantage of the business advisory services may contact either LBS or SRP directly.
