Charlton VNA Acquires Hingham Elder Care Firm

Overlook Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice Services of Charlton has merged with Consultation, Advocacy and Resources for Elders of Hingham.
The combined organization will be able to serve new clients and families and enhance service already being provided by each.
The nonprofit Overlook sought out CARE for acquisition and the arrangement will allow CARE to extend the geographical range it serves throughout Cape Cod, Worcester and Southern Worcester County.
CARE offers assessments, crisis intervention, resource location, bill organization and payment, end-of-life planning and other services.
Financial terms of the arrangement were not disclosed.
