Marlboro-based Digital Federal Credit Union announced it will open a new branch in Tyngsborough to better serve clients near the New Hampshire border.
With many of its clients using the bank's services in nearby Hudson, New Hampshire, a need arose to accommodate that branch's growing membership, said Tim Garner, vice president of Marketing for DCU. "We're bursting at the seams in Hudson," he said.
The 5,000 square-foot branch will be the first new division to open in 2007, and should be near completion by early April. It is DCU's first branch to open in that part of the Bay State, said Garner.
Like its other branches, the Tyngsborough branch will feature an Internet cafe with computers and coffee for members, as well as 24-hour drive-up ATM.
