De-Icing The Cold Call

Cold calling is never easy. But it's especially difficult in a recession like the one we find ourselves in now. But an upcoming seminar organized by the Corridor Nine Chamber of Commerce promises actionable advice for warming up the cold call.

PMD Sales Training & Consulting of Westborough will be leading the seminar, part of the chamber's Success Express Workshop series. The workshop, entitled, "The Golden 120-Seconds of Every Sales Call," will be held on Oct. 14 from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. at 30 Lyman St. in Westborough.

The workshop will cover the following:

  • The three keys to successful proactive selling
  • The single most important element in successful selling - in any economy
  • The power of "The Golden 120-Seconds of Every Sales Call"
  • Why sales execution flows from sales preparation
  • Why long-term sales success depends on what you do after the sales call
  • How minor fine-tuning of your current sales approach can generate significant results
