Dividend For NSTAR Shareholders

NSTAR, the Boston-based gas and electric utility company, announced that its board of trustees approved a $0.35 per share quarterly dividend.
The payment will be the company's 477th consecutive quarterly dividend payment and will be payable Aug. 1 to shareholders of record as of July 10. The company also announced quarterly dividends of $1.06 and $1.19 per share on two classes of NSTAR Electric's preferred stock.
NSTAR is a $3.2 billion company and has an estimated 1.1 million electric distribution customers and 300,000 natural gas customers in Massachusetts.
