EMC Completes Iomega Tender Offer
Hopkinton data storage giant EMC Corp. has announced the completion of its tender offer for outstanding shares of Iomega Corp.
The purchase is costing the company $213 million or $3.85 per share.
EMC said it expects to finish the purchase of the San Diego-based company in a few days. Iomega will become a direct wholly owned subsidiary of EMC.
