EXACT Avoids Delisting For Now
The Nasdaq is transferring the stock of Marlborough's EXACT Sciences Corp. from its Global Market to its Capital Market, even though EXACT does not currently meet the Capital Market's listing requirements.
The Nasdaq's listing qualifications panel agreed to list the stock on the capital market on a conditional basis, pending review of EXACT's plans to regain compliance. EXACT said the panel will complete its review in early December and may then choose to delist the company entirely.
The stock will move to the capital market Friday and will continue to trade under the symbol EXAS.
EXACT Sciences develops screening technologies for the detection of cancer.
