The site of the former Aegean Restaurant will be auctioned off in Framingham.

The site of the former Aegean Restaurant is going to be auctioned off with bidding taking place on April 13.
The commercial building and restaurant at 257 Cochituate Road (Route 30) in Framingham sits on 0.79 acres with a 10,782-square-foot building, according to the auction listing from Zekos Group Auctioneers. The building is located in the Golden Triangle District near the Mass Pike and Route 9.
The single story building has a dining room capacity of 266 and a lounge with a capacity of 84 as well as a large kitchen and office space. The site has 21 parking spaces.
The auction will take place on Tuesday, April 13 at 11 a.m.
