Franklin retail building sells for $5M

West Central Plaza in Franklin
A new multitenant retail building on the busy commercial stretch of Route 140 in Franklin has sold for $5.1 million.
The 10,000-square-foot building opened in 2019 and includes a Jersey Mike's, Gentle Dental, Divine Nails & Spa and Franklin Physical Therapy.
The building, known as West Central Plaza, replaced two smaller commercial buildings at 271 W. Central St.
The buyer was three limited liability corporations registered to the address of Arin Realty of Needham. The seller was West Central Plaza LLC, which is registered to Roger Calarese and Joseph Vendetti of Franklin. The sale closed Jan. 6.
