Gowdy Starts New Real Estate Consulting Co.

Ted Gowdy has founded a new real estate consulting company in Southborough.
The Gowdy Group LLC offers project management services to individuals and small and medium-sized businesses. The company's services include finding land, hiring architects and general contractors, completing plans and overseeing construction.
Gowdy has more than 16 years of real estate and construction experience. In the past four year he has designed and permitted more than 1,500 housing units.
He has an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a bachelor's of science in civil and environmental engineering from Cornell University.
