The historic Grafton Inn, built in 1805 at 25 Grafton Common, has been put back on the market on May 29 by its owners following its 2023 sale.
The current owners of the inn are These Guys Assets LLC, who bought the property for $1.2 million in 2023. The property has been listed for $1.6 million by broker James Bahnan with RE/MAX Partners Commercial in Worcester.
The property houses a 100-seat restaurant located on the first floor. The second floor is a function hall equipped with a second full kitchen. The third floor has seven lodging rooms.
Michael Shi is registered as one of the owners of These Guys Assets LLC of Worcester, according to Secretary of the Commonwealth records. Restaurateurs and real estate investors Weidong “Wilson” Wang and Tai Cheng were also affiliated with the 2023 purchase.
The building has a fully operational elevator serving all three floors, among the upgrades the inn has received in its 220 years of operation.
The property received a 2025 tax assessment value of $1.18 million, according to Town of Grafton property records.
