The current owners of the inn are These Guys Assets LLC, who bought the property for $1.2 million in 2023. The property has been listed for $1.6 million by broker James Bahnan with RE/MAX Partners Commercial in Worcester.

The property houses a 100-seat restaurant located on the first floor. The second floor is a function hall equipped with a second full kitchen. The third floor has seven lodging rooms.
