Housing Recovery
A recent report by the Massachusetts Housing Partnership says the housing market is a long way from recovery, despite the drop in foreclosures that came when banks decided to slow the process. The study says foreclosures are spreading from urban centers to rural areas like Winchendon and North Brookfield, and housing values won't recover until 2014.
