Interim Head For Fruitlands
Fruitlands Museum in Harvard has hired Susan Davy as interim director, replacing Tim Firment, who stepped down last month.
The museum said a new permanent executive director will be named next year. An executive search firm will help with the hiring process, which museum officials expect to take four to six months.
Davy previously served as vice president of finance and administration at the New England Conservatory of Music and director of finance and operations at the Isabella Stuart Gardner Museum and at the Peabody Essex Museum.
Davy is the owner of Susan Davy Consulting and also co-owns DragonFly Gallery LLC on Martha's Vineyard with her husband, Don McKillop.
