Community involvement: Shrewsbury School Committee member (2012-2015; vice chair 2014-2015); Shrewsbury Town Meeting member (2009-present); board member of the Shrewsbury Education Foundation and Friends of the Worcester Area Retired and Senior Program (RSVP); Massachusetts Democratic State committeeman.

Ultimate career goal: To continue to be engaged in public policy while making a difference in people’s lives.
