Commonwealth Creative Associates of Framingham recently hired John Cleveland, a former production manager at The Warren Group of Boston. In this Q&A with the WBJ, Cleveland says he's keeping busy with lots of types of work at his new job.

Q. How are you settling in at your new office?
A. Very well. Everyone I work with is very helpful and supportive, which makes it much smoother.
Q. What's the biggest surprise you've had in starting the job?
A. I'm surprised at how busy CCA is.
Q. What challenges do you see in your new position?
A. My greatest challenge is finding ways to be more efficient with my work.
Q. How different is this job from your previous position?
A. There is much more, and varied kinds of work. Scheduling the workload is tougher because things change so rapidly at CCA.
Q. How close is this to what you imagined in high school you'd end up doing?
A. Quite close - I had hoped to work in an exciting, creative environment where I'd be able to design, or at least work within the realm of innovative and forward-thinking concepts and design. CCA is that kind of place.
Q. Where's the best place to get lunch near your new location?
A. Best place to get lunch is the Aztec Restaurant. They have killer burritos.
Q. What do you hope to be doing 10 years from now?
A. I hope to be a creative director at an ad agency or design studio, or own my own graphic design company. That, or be a professional golfer.
