American Power Conversion has extended its lease for 75,000 square feet at Forest Ridge Park, 85 Rangeway Road in Billerica, according to R.W. Holmes Realty Co. of Wayland, which represented the owner.
K&L Realty of Worcester owns the three 50,000-square-foot buildings at Forest Ridge Park, which total 150,000 square feet.
Jason Levendusky and David Connolly of CB Richard Ellis represented APC. Gary Holmes and Bill Sullivan of R.W. Holmes Realty represented K&L Realty.
In 2007, Schneider Electric acquired APC and formed the Critical Power and Cooling Services, or CPCS business unit, which saw $3.5 billion in revenues that year. It employs 12,000 people worldwide. Schneider Electric's 2007 sales were $25 billion and it has 112,000 employees worldwide.
