Adjacent commercial buildings in a Webster retail plaza have sold for $2 million to a Charlton buyer.

The buildings at 31 and 35 Thompson Road include Nipmuc Liquors, the fitness chain Curves, EMM Financial and Star Nails & Spa.

The buyer is a limited liability corporation registered to Terek Mroczkowski of Charlton, who is listed as the president of Nipmuc Liquors in his LinkedIn profile and whose family owns Ted's Package Store in Charlton. It was sold by a firm registered to Crystal Cotto of Charlton and Joseph Waskiewicz of Webster.

The sale closed July 31.

The three-acre site, on Route 193 between downtown Webster and I-395, was last assessed by the Town of Webster at nearly $1.7 million. It last sold in 1992 for $110,000, according to town records.
