Mass. Home Sales Down Again
Once again, sales of houses and condos in the state for November were significantly lower than for the same month last year, according to numbers released today by the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.
Sales of single-family homes were down 12.6 percent, while condominium sales dropped 14.2 percent. Median prices for single-family homes were down 2.9 percent, but condo median prices rose 1.9 percent.
