Mass Megawatts Q3 Loss More-Than Triples

Mass Megawatts Wind Power Inc. of Worcester said it lost $147,865 in its third quarter, which ended January 31.
For the same period the previous year, the company's net loss was $47,508. The third quarter was the first in which Mass Megawatts, which is developing lightweight, adjustable wind power plants, earned revenue. It brought in $35,802.
The company's operating expenses increased to $75,235 in the third quarter from $43,081 in the same quarter the previous year. Its operating loss increased to $146,167 from $43,081 the previous year.
