Maynard firm secures 5th, 6th BU projects

Maynard construction management firm JM Coull was recently selected for two projects at Boston University that will have the Maynard construction firm renovating 16 classrooms and a biomedical laboratory.
The projects mark the fifth and sixth projects the company has been selected to complete for the university. The classrooms are located in the College of Arts and Sciences and Cummington Mall buildings and has already begun. The construction of the lab is set to begin in August. Financials for both projects were not disclosed.
The classrooms and biomedical engineering lab will create upgraded learning and research spaces with enhanced efficiencies, according to a release from JM Coull. The projects reflect the firm’s increasing presence in Boston’s higher education construction market.
