Medical Solutions names new CFO

Marlboro-based Medical Solutions Inc. has named Kenneth Fischer its new vice president of finance and chief financial officer.

Fisher brings over 20 years of global company experience to the new position, and has most recently served as an independent consultant providing financial advisory services to start-ups and other companies.  Previously, he was CEO of the North American operations for Lurgi Lentjes, AG, an engineering firm.  Prior to that, Fisher was with Babcock Borsig Capital Corp. for over 10 years, and served as president and CEO.  Fisher also worked with the U.S. subsidiary of a Danish company, Bruel & Kjaer Instruments Inc. 

Fisher holds a BA in Economics from Providence College, an MBA from Babson College, and an MS in Taxation from Bentley College.
