Millbury Industrial Park Property Sold For $7M

First American Realty Inc. has bought 12 Latti Farm Rd. in the Millbury Industrial Park from Latti Farm Realty LLC for $7 million.
The property is a 101,500-square-foot office, warehouse and manufacturing facility on 8.4 acres of land, according to Grubb & Ellis, the Boston-based commercial real estate broker that represented Latti Farm Realty in the sale.
The facility, which is just off Route 20 in Millbury, is currently under a long-term lease with Cameron International, a manufacturer and service provider to the oil and gas industry.
