Four leases totaling nearly 90,000 square feet have been signed at the Marlborough Technology Park.
Bitstream Inc. moved its headquarters to 500 Nickerson Rd. in the park from First Street in Cambridge. The software development company will take 26,801 square feet on the second floor of the 82,423-square-foot building. Bitstream was represented in the transaction by Boston commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield.
Mentor Graphics signed a lease renewal for 16,376 square feet at 300 Nickerson Rd. That building is slightly less than 81,000 square feet. Mentor, an electronic design and automation firm, was represented by Cresa Partners.
Also at 300 Nickerson Road, the New Energy Alliance signed a new lease for 25,671 square feet. New Energy runs an electricity capital investment program. The firm was represented in the lease transaction by Boston commercial real estate firm CB Richard Ellis.
The MetroWest Medical Center signed a new lease for 18,872 square feet at 100 Nickerson Rd, on the building's first floor. The medical center was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
According to Richards Barry Joyce & Partners LLC, the Boston real estate firm that represented the park's owner, Normandy Real Estate Partners, the leases bring 100 and 300 Nickerson Rd. to full occupancy. The park consists of more than 500,000 square feet of office and laboratory space in seven two-story buildings on 85 acres.
