New Addition At Summit ElderCare
Fallis
Internal medicine physician Neal M. Fallis has moved from the Fallon Clinic in Westborough to Summit ElderCare in Charlton.
In his new position, Fallis provides comprehensive medical care to Summit ElderCare participants, including chronic disease management and acute and preventive care. The program offers services to help participants stay in their own homes as an alternative to a nursing home.
Fallis is a Northborough resident.
He received his medical degree from Boston University and completed residency programs in internal medicine at the Long Beach V.A. Hospital and in pathology at the Los Angeles County Harbor General Hospital.
