A New Hampshire real estate company has purchased about six acres of vacant land in an industrial park in Northborough.

Aho Development Corp., based in Rindge, N.H., closed Thursday on the property at 400 Cedar Hill St. for $900,000, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds records.

President Daniel Aho said the company has not yet finalized plans for the real estate, but it would be marketed to companies similar to ones nearby, like New England Optical Systems, IPG Photonics and other manufacturers.

The land, at the intersection with Bartlett Street, could also be subdivided into multiple lots, Aho said.

It was formerly owned by Northborough Land Realty Trust.
