Princeton Review Subsidiary Adds CEO, Boston Office

The Framingham-based Princeton Review has taken another step toward reorganizing itself with the announcement that its subsidiary, Penn Foster Inc., will open a new Boston office and hire Frank F. Britt as its new CEO.

The Princeton Review announced last month that it would sell its test-preparation business and its brand name to an affiliate of private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners.

The Penn Foster business is focused on online vocational education.

Britt most recently served as executive-in-residence at Bain Capital Ventures and has held senior executive positions in various technology and education companies, including IBM Global Services.
