Report: June Job Cuts Fewest Since October

Private employers cut 371,000 jobs between June and July, the lowest monthly total since last October, according to the ADP National Employment Report.
ADP also revised job loss totals for the May to June period down to 463,000 from 473,000.
The private payroll processing company said the June numbers show continued improvement between the first and second quarters of 2009. Despite indications that the economy is stabilizing, employment is likely to decline for at least several more months.
