Servus Management acquires R.M. Bradley
Hartford-based Servus Management Corp. today announced its acquisition of the commercial brokerage and asset management business of Boston-based R.M. Bradley & Co. Inc.
The Connecticut commercial real estate brokerage firm will continue to operate in Hartford while R.M. Bradley will move its headquarters to Boston's Back Bay.
Terms of the sale include the promotion of former Executive Vice President Don Campbell to the role of president of R.M. Bradley & Co. Inc. as well as executive vice president of Servus Management. Richard Mulready will stay on as chairman and CEO of the company.
